There is a choice of three entrees, all of which will include salad and dessert.

  • Broasted Amish Chicken Breast — Served with chervil butter spaetzle & grilled asparagus finished w/foraged mushroom hunters sauce
  • Pepper Crusted Bacon Wrapped Center Cut Pork Loin — Served with aged cheddar potato gratin, farm fresh broccolini and sambucca butter sauce
  • Vegetable Napoleon — Grilled vegetable and goat cheese mousse tower garnished with fresh basil and sauced with red pepper coulis, basil oil, and balsamic glace
